Cumulus has a new Market Manager in Ann Arbor Michigan. Matt Spaulding has been promoted from GSM to the new position which includes a VP title. Cumulus has four stations in the Ann Arbor cluster that Spaulding will now oversee. Spaulding said "Ann Arbor is a relevant and vibrant community that demands excellence, passion, and commitment in everything we do. I am humbled by the responsibility and honored by the opportunity.
