On Tuesday, September 20, nationally syndicated radio talk show host and New York Times best-selling author, Dave Ramsey, launched his first book in eight years, EntreLeadership, with a 21 city book tour. Ramsey is a successful self-syndicated talker who is approaching the 500 affiliate mark. He will be on the October 24th cover of Radio Ink magazine. Here are a few highlights from the crowds Ramsey is packing in.
- 1,000 people at a book signing at Barnes & Noble in South Bend, Ind. Thursday evening, September 22 after Ramsey broadcast live from WSBT 960 AM.
- More than 1,000 people attended the book signing at Central Christian church just outside of Phoenix, Ariz. The signing followed an EntreLeadership Defined event attended by a crowd of more than 900. KTAR 92.3 FM sold sponsorships for the event and was very instrumental in generating the huge book signing crowd.
- Nearly 1,000 people attended the book signing at the Barnes & Noble in Fresno, Calif. on Friday evening September 23. KMJ 105.9 listeners were out in force.
- On Saturday, Ramsey presented his common-sense debt reduction and wealth-building strategies to a crowd of nearly 11,000 people at his Total Money Makeover Live event in Los Angeles, Calif. Radio affiliate KFWB 980 AM promoted the event and were able to bring on great sponsorship sales as a result.
