Simmons Media has hired Sean Demery as Program Director /Brand Manager of KXRK / X96 in Salt Lake City. Demery, a 25 year programming veteran has programmed alternative in Atlanta and San Francisco. He has won national awards for Program Director of the year and Air Personality of the year. He has been an air talent in Seattle, Los Angeles and San Antonio.
Simmons also hires Matt Johnson as Program Director/ Brand Manager of KUDD /Mix 1079 in Salt Lake City. Matt has been in broadcasting 13 years and most recently was Program Director for Beasley?s 2011 station of the year ,CHR WXKB in Ft, Myers, Florida. He has also programmed in Dayton, Ohio and Jackson, Mississippi. Was one of Edison Media?s 30 under 30 in its inaugural year.
