Cannon says he's leaving his morning show on WXRK-FM in New York due to his recent health issues. The 31 year old was hospitalized in January for mild kidney failure and underwent surgery. He was admitted to the hospital last week for two blood clots in his lung. A statement from Cannon said ?Under doctor?s orders, I have been asked to make my health first and cut back on some of my professional commitments." Cannon has been the AM drive host since January 2010.
