Light Media has hired former Radio One COO Mary Catherine Sneed. Sneed was Radio One's COO for 8 years from 1998 through 2006. Mary Catherine Sneed will advise Light Media on strategic corporate initiatives, including sales, programming, acquisitions and alliances.
