Digital advertising was up 10% to $28.2 million. CBS' all-news WBBM-AM/WCFS-FM was the top biller with $41.9 million, down from $45.7 million. Hubbard's WTMX-FM jumped 10% to $37.4 million. WGN, WBBM-FM and WSCR round out the top five in Chicago, according to Miller Kaplan numbers quoted in the Feder blog.
