WWJ Detroit Steals All The Hardware

Congratulations to the team at WWJ in Detroit. For the ninth year in a row, CBS Detroit's all-news station was awarded first place in General Excellence by the Michigan Associated Press. In addition, WWJ received five more first place awards in other categories, including best newscast, best hard news, best continuing coverage, best natural sound and best sportscast. The station also won eight second place awards.
