For years, the RAB has issued its own radio revenue report after radio's public companies reported in to Wall Street. That will no longer be the case. Effective this year, the Radio Advertising Bureau will replace its quarterly revenue reports with bi-annual reports. One will be for the first half of the year, which will be released every August, and the report for the second half of the year will be released in the early part of the following year. The RAB revenue reports are a compilation of spot radio, digital, and off-air revenues based on a pool of more than 100 markets as reported by Miller Kaplan and extrapolated to the entire industry.
