Music streaming service Spotify has announced the newest developments in its evolution. The website and mobile app has added a new "Now" start page, which delivers suggestions for each individual user, which will vary depending on the time of day and/or the user's mood. Additionally, Spotify is now offering videos and podcasts.
Video clips come from such sources as ABC, BBC, CBS Radio, Comedy Central, Conde Nast Entertainment, ESPN, Fusion, Maker Studios, NBC, TED, Turner Broadcasting, and Vice Media. On-demand audio offerings will include some Spotify exclusives from artists such as Icona Pop, Jungle, and Tyler the Creator, as well as a weekly talk show about new music hosted by Joe Levy.
The new changes to Spotify began rolling out to iPhone users in the U.S. on Wednesday.
