Curtis Media Group announced the hiring of Kirk Kirkland as local sales manager of WWPL and WPLW in Raleigh/Durham. Most recently, Kirkland was director of sales for digital marketing company Bizwire, and also has previous sales management experience with WRAL-FM and ChannelAdvisor.
