Wheeler says the FCC will update the Contest Rule for the Internet age, allowing broadcasters to disclose details online instead of, or in addition to, over the air. Thanks to pressure from Entercom Commissioner O'Rielly (pictured) called for modernizing the rule over a year ago. His proposal received unanimous support. Entercom first petitioned the Commission about this issue back in 2012.
