One week after Randy Moller was moved to the TV, The NHL's Florida Panthers Doug Plagens to call its radio games. Plagens spent the past four year calling games in the American Hockey League for Cleveland. Before that he called games in Boise for the ECHL and Arena Football in Cleveland.
