WRUF-AM (850) is operated by the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications. In 2010 the station began offering full-time sports programming, and in 2012 it became an ESPN affiliate. On Wednesday the station will expand to the FM dial at 95.3. ESPN Gainesville 95.3 will feature more than six hours of live and local sports talk programs.
