WPRO is owned by Cumulus in Providence. 32 year old board op/producer Jarod Gagnon was killed in a traffic accident in June. 20-year old Samantha Kewer 50-year old Joseph Arraiol have been charged with motor vehicle homicide in his death. WPRI.com reports Kewer was following too closely behind Arraiol and witnesses say they were chasing each other, one going in front of the other. And, at some point Arraiol cut off Gagnon. Arraiol allegedly slamed on his brakes which caused Gagnon brakes to lock up and drift into another lane.
