According to the Denver Post, Denver-based Kroenke Sports & Entertainment is buying KIMN-FM 100.3, KXKL-FM 105.1 and KWOF-FM 92.5 from Wilks Broadcasting. KSE also owns the Pepsi Center, the Colorado Avalanche and the Denver Nuggets. The purchase price was not announced. KSE Media Ventures CEO Matt Hutchings said, "When these stations became available and were offered to us, we thought they would be a great addition to our media holdings. These stations have excellent local management and staff, which we look forward to welcoming to our family."
