It was an alternative station based at Centenary College in Hackettstown. WNTI was purchased by an NPR affiliate and will now be managed by the college's communications department. The way the employees found out was on Twitter: "Thank you all for listening and for your support. Centenary College sold out license. WNTI is over." DJ Mike Watterston (pictured) who's been at the station since 1987 said he and about 35 others, all volunteers, were blindsided. linked words go here.
