Former New York Jets punter Steve Weatherford (pictured) was co-hosting his radio show on 98.7 ESPN in New York Saturday morning when he got a phone call Jets pro personnel scout Greg Nejmeh. The Jets were offering Weatherford his job back due to an injury to current punter Ryan Quigley. Of course, he took their offer. Weatherford played for the Jets in 2009 and 2010, helping them to consecutive AFC title games. He spent the past four seasons with the Giants.
