Radio Reporter Shot Dead in Philippines

The Philippines is one of the most dangerous countries for journalists. It's the 3rd most dangerous according to the Committee to Protect Journalists behind Iraq and Somalia. 49-year old Romeo Olea was fatally shot on his way to work in the eastern Philippines. Olea is the fourth journalist killed in that country this year. Two witnesses brought the body of Olea to a hospital where he died. They did not see who shot the reporter.
