Hogan Makes More Programming Changes

1-19-2012

As part of the shakeup EVP Mark Kopelman is out. No word yet on who initiated that exit. Kopelman was Executive Vice President for Operations. In 2008 Kopleman, along with several other executives signed "long-term contracts" shortly after Hogan's 5-year extension was announced. Yesterday's changes involve Hartley Adkins, John Rohm, Brad Hardin and John Zellner. Adkins (pictured) is the new EVPO for mid-major markets, Kopleman's former spot, Rohm will move into Atkins' old position, Sr. VP of Operations for the Southeast.

John Rohm, former Philadelphia Market Manager, will take on the role as Senior Vice President of Operations overseeing the Southeast which includes 36 markets.  Rohm has 30 years of radio experience and moves up from Market Manager in the Pittsburgh and Cincinnati markets. He's been with Clear Channel since 1996.

Brad Hardin, Senior Vice President of Programming, now serves as programming partner to Adkins in the Mid-Major markets; and Jon Zellner, Senior Vice President of Programming, now serves as programming partner to Tom McConnell, Senior Vice President of Operations for the Northeast regional markets.
