Stevens is the Operations Manager for Clear Channel's nine stations in Washington and Baltimore. She began her radio career at WAQX in Syracuse in 1988 and remained in the market until 2001, when she moved to Cleveland to program WGAR and WMJI. After five years in that role, she headed south to program Clear Channel's WMZQ and WPOC. She was promoted to her current position last month.

Stevens will be awarded the MIW Achievement in Programming Award at the 2011 Radio Show next week in Chicago.
