Dial Global announced its merger with Westwood One is now closed. As of Monday the company will be listed on the NASDAQ under the symbol "DIAL". Dial Global?s executive team will be led by Spencer Brown, David Landau and Ken Williams. Former Westwood One President Rod Sherwood will remain on with the new company until November 15th and then he will move to an advisory role. Dial Global will continue to be headquartered in New York City, with regional offices across the United States in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Los Angeles, Miami, Nashville, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, DC.
