Alex Rodriguez was not happy when arbitrator Fredric Horowitz told him the commissioner of baseball would not have to show up at the the hearing to testify. An angry Rodriguez bolted from the meeting and right over to WFAN where a surprised Mike Francessa was happy to conduct an interview.
