The Austin Chronicle reports former 101X host Ray Seggern will be the PD of the new station. The independent station will share workspace with KOKE 99.3FM. The new station is owned by Bob Cole and Jason Nassour and goes live in a few weeks and will play free-form radio. Seggern tells the paper The Fringe means, "we're off the beaten path. It says that, relative to the competition, we're slightly off center."
