Alpha Broadcasting's KXL-FM in Portland says Val Stouffer is their new afternoon news co-anchor. Stouffer (pictured) joins anchor Dan Mitchinson weekdays from 4-7 p.m. Stouffer is from Chicago, where she worked for WMAQ and WLS. She spent the last several years in Seattle co-hosting afternoon news on KIRO. She's also worked for KOMO Radio.
