Back on April 4, we told you former Connecticut Governor John Rowland became the former WITC-AM talk show host when he resigned after it looked like he might be involved in a campaign finance scheme. Rowland has been indicted on conspiracy and other charges associated with two federal election campaigns. The Hartford Courant says one of them involves a $35K sham contract written to conceal he was paid for political advice to congressional candidate Lisa Wilson-Foley. The other a similar phony consulting deal to Mark Greenberg during his unsuccessful 2010 race for Congress.
