The new three-hour (1-4 p.m. ET) show called Russillo & Kanell, debuts 8/31, and will be co-hosted by Ryen Russillo and ESPN college football analyst Danny Kanell. Scott Van Pelt co-hosted that time slot with Rusillo since 2009 before leaving to work on the TV side. ESPN also announced Russillo has signed a multi-year extension with the network and will have an expanded TV presence across multiple studio shows, with a focus on NBA programming. Kanell, who recently signed a multi-year agreement, will continue to host college football studio programming on ESPN Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays
