Scott Thackrey, who has been a reporter with KUZZ/Bakersfield since November 2009, was arrested on Wednesday evening. Currently being held without bail, he is accused of arranging to meet with a minor for a lewd purpose and attempting to contact a minor with intent to commit a lewd act.
