Rockie Thomas
is Director of Local Digital Sales Strategy for Tribune Broadcasting, and her attitude toward change in our industry has brought her the nickname "The Digital Cheerleader." She's worked with digital companies Sonicbox, iM Networks, XACT Radio, Spacial Audio, and Bid4Spots, as well as traditional companies Chancellor Broadcasting, AMFM, NRC, and Emmis, and even companies in between like McVay New Media. Thomas strongly believes there are many more digital opportunities yet to be created that will further shake our industry.

Tom Davis
is President of Davis Media in Williamsburg, VA. He has owned and managed radio stations in various markets since 1990 and has a long record of profitable radio properties, relying exclusively on local and hyperlocal content and revenue. Davis Media owns two FM stations in the Williamsburg market and launched the digital newspaper Williamsburg Yorktown Daily in June of 2008, and Davis invented the "promote through content model," combining the best assets of both radio and the newspaper industry in one platform.

Sandy Smallens, Managing Partner at Audiation, partners with startups and media companies to provide top-level leadership and accomplish specific, tangible results. His clients span social media, branded entertainment, digital and mobile broadcasting, and multinational media companies. Smallens has previously served as SVP/Digital for Entercom; VP/Interactive Sales & Marketing for Viacom/CBS Radio; and EVP for Oddcast, a social/viral agency. He's also been a member of Giant/Warner Bros. band Too Much Joy, and he is currently a member of power pop trio Surface Wound.

ADObjects founder and CEO Matthew Snyder has a 25-year history in media strategy and mobile cross-media convergence, with executive positions development, business development and strategy position at both Sony and Nokia. During his career at Nokia, where he held a number of positions including Device Program Manager and Global Director of Strategy in the Multimedia Group, Snyder designed Nokia's first music business, ran Nokia's Game Publishing Operations, and ran the company's first location-based services strategy and the global mobile search and advertising strategy that included partner relationships with Google, Yahoo, Microsoft. Snyder is the founder of ADOStrategies, a cross-media, cross-border strategic consultancy with clients/partners including Bing, CBS Radio, Canadian Music Week, Nokia and Mobility Ventures, CanWest Global, and AdStar.
