Arbitron: April PPM Numbers Look Good

There wasn't much new on Arbitron's regular PPM client update for April, but the company reports that it continues to meet or exceed benchmarks in substantially all of its sample-quality metrics. Additionally, the 6+ in-tab across all 33 PPM markets averaged at an all-time high of 82.3 last month.

AG: Ehrlich Show Not A Campaign Contribution

The Maryland Attorney General's office says Robert Ehrlich's weekly WBAL/Baltimore show should not be considered a campaign contribution, the Washington Post reports. The state Democratic Party had filed a complaint about the weekly show by the former Maryland governor.
