It's a return to Clear Channel for Milner who will oversee the company's cluster of six in the 27th ranked market in the country. Milner says he's thrilled about the new gig. He'll report to Susan Karis. Milner has been in the industry for more than 21 years with previous experience at Clear Channel in Portland. Milner returns to Clear Channel from Entercom San Francisco, where he served as VP of Sales for the past five years.
