Broker Ed Henson says applications have been filed with the FCC that will have Grace Broadcasting assigning the license for WTGP-FM to Forever South Licenses and Forever will assign its license in WTJW-FM to Grace. In addition to the swap of stations, Forever will pay Grace a payment of $525,000 at closing.
