Details On Pittman's CC Investment

When Bob Pittman joined Clear Channel as chairman/global media and entertainment platforms, the company said he'd made an investment, and an SEC filing reveals that he purchased 706,215 shares of Clear Channel parent CC Media Holdings for $5 million. Additionally, Clear Channel Radio President/CEO John Hogan signs an amended employment agreement.
