Radio Revs Up 5 Percent In Q3

The RAB reports that radio revenue moved up 5 percent overall in the third quarter, to $4.5 billion, with local up 3 percent and national 10 percent. Local and national combined for a 5 percent gain. Automotive spending rose 19 percent in the quarter, but the category still lags communications/cellular.
