Radio One Stock Back In Line With Nasdaq Rules

Radio One has successfully brought the price for its class D stock back above $1 and is in compliance with Nasdaq listing rules. The company was notified in September that the stock had fallen below the minimum for 30 consecutive business days. In other news, Radio One's refinancing by way of a note exchange will go forward.

RAB Hits The Road For Local Growth

The RAB is getting ready to launch an In-Market Revenue Road Show, focusing on markets 50-100. The first-quarter road shows will look to offer training on sales, marketing, and creative designed to raise local revenue, customized for a particular market's needs. RAB chief Jeff Haley tells Radio Ink that the early response has been positive -- and that the idea that local is lagging in radio's recovery may be a matter more of perception than reality.

Pandora is the leader in Ando Media's just-released August webcast rankings, with 486,688 average active sessions in the Monday-Friday 6 a.m.-8 p.m. daypart. CBS Radio came in second, with 156,051 average active sessions.
