Brokers Greg Guy and Jason James of Patrick Communications let us know that the sale of WFSS-FM in Fayetteville, NC, which is a 100,000 watt NPR station, playing Jazz and News has closed. The station was sold by Fayetteville State University to WUNC Public Radio for $1,75 million.
