Using the translator it purchased from Liberty University, Radio One's WCDX-FM got a boost on Tuesday. The station, heard on 92.1-FM can also be heard now on 104.1-FM. The format is Hip Hop and R&B and will now cover the Tri-Cities area, including Hopewell, Colonial Heights and Petersburg, Virginia.
