The Commission slaps a $1,500 fine on Good Christian Radio Broadcasting's WLIH-FM in Whitneyville, Pennsylvania for not filing a timely license renewal application. The Commission issued a Notice of Apparent Liability back in October of 2015 after the station did not file for renewal, which was due in April of 2014. The station filed four months late. The Commission upheld the fine this week after the station did not respond to the NAL.
