Just what Clear Channel needs...more on-air shenanigans and a threat of a lawsuit. The ABC TV affiliate in Detroit is reporting that Clear Channel host Mojo (pictured) from "Mojo in the Morning" (on 98.3) may be sued by one of his co-hosts for workplace bullying. The TV station says "Rob the Web Guy" plans to file a lawsuit against "Mojo" and Clear Channel.
The strange situation apparently began when Rob (Graham) missed a meeting and Mojo had listeners call in to guess why. Apparently that's not funny...or at least wasn't to Graham. It turned into a showdown between the two morning men resulting in Graham walking out of the studio. "I was humiliated, I was upset, I felt betrayed. " Graham told the TV station.
Graham's attorney, Jennifer Lord, told the TV station "Mojo" violated HIPPA laws by revealing Rob's medical information on-air, and "Mojo" is also accused of pressuring Rob to post copyrighted materials on the Mojo in the Morning website. "He crossed a critical line," Lord says about "Mojo." "An employer cannot go on the air and talk about its employees private medical conditions."
