Cumulus CEO Lew Dickey tiptoed around the latest Rush Limbaugh dustup by letting everyone know he didn't want to talk about it. Here's what he said on the conference call this morning. "Let me answer a question before its asked. While we don't comment on individual talent negotiations, I will say that the framework we use is straightforward and very consistent. We carefully analyze listener interest, advertiser demand, and opportunity costs when making our decisions. We'll have more to say about this when the time is appropriate."
