Barry Drake closes his deal with Dan Farr in Pennsylvania. It's Farr's first acquisition, however he's been running the Williamsport cluster of radio stations for Drake and, before Backyard, for Sabre Communications. The deal is the final sale for Drake getting him out of the radio business. KALIL & CO. was the exclusive broker for this transaction. This stations in the deal are: WILQ(FM); WLMY(FM); WWPA(AM); W267BJ, Williamsport; WBZD(FM), Muncie; WZXR(FM), South Williamsport; WCXR(FM), Lewisburg.
