Court Tosses 'NYPD Blue' Indecency Fine

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit has vacated the FCC's $1.2 million fine on 44 ABC TV stations over brief nudity on a 2003 episode of NYPD Blue, saying the FCC's standard is too vague.
