December 5, 2011: Co-founder Doug Kilzer returns to InterTech Media in the newly created post of chief customer office. At InterTech, which provides Internet-based services to media companies, Kilzer will create a comprehensive strategy to support the brand across all media channels and markets while improving the customer experience. He'll also be overseeing media, industry relations, and interactive programs, as well as market and customer research.
Kilzer was most recently VP of network for Westwood One, developing content-driven digital platforms, and before that co-founded InterTech and spearheaded the development of its proprietary content management system. He's also served in his career as a senior AE for Compelling Content and an AE at Kratz & Company Public Relations.
"I am excited to be back at Intertech, a company I co-founded in 2000 that serves over a thousand broadcast properties with many digital products," Kilzer tells Radio Ink. "While away from Intertech, I was able to learn from some great broadcasters and am enthusiastic about applying that to Intertech's rapid growth, product offerings and customer satisfaction."
InterTech CEO Frank Murray said, "Doug's charge to improve our customers' experience -- from advertising to product usability to customer service -- will ensure continued brand excellence."
