It's that time of year again. Every year Radio Ink lists the best Country Program Directors in America. We take nominations from Radio Group Heads, General Managers and Country Radio Consultants. Nominees are asked to submit answers to a questionnaire and those answers are then voted upon by a panel of country music experts. Once the votes are in, we list the country PD's in order in the Radio Ink issue that receives extra distribution at the Country Radio Seminar in Nashville this February.
