Cumulus promotesd John Gallagher to Regional Vice President, where he will now oversee Appleton/Oshkosh and Green Bay. Gallagher replaces Tom Joerres, who has been acting as interim Market Manager for the Appleton/Oshkosh and Green Bay clusters. Gallagher was Vice President/Market Manager of Cumulus Toledo and has managed at WJR and WRIF in Detroit, WLS in Chicago, and KCMO in Kansas City.
