How to Unlock Digital Dollars

5-19-14

In the world of advertising today, if it's not linked to digital media, if it's not accountable, or if it doesn't have granular measurement, it's not relevant. At Radio Ink's Convergence, coming up June 4-5 in California's Silicon Valley, you can hear agency executives in a frank and detailed discussion on exactly what their clients want from your digital assets, and what advertisers need to enhance and increase their return on their investment in them.

What do they need specifically from radio stations in terms of both content and accountability -- and what's the best way for stations to present their digital platforms? What key elements must be part of every proposal? What tools provide the kind of measurement that meshes digital delivery with broadcast ratings?

This is a rare chance to get the inside perspective from key advertising agencies -- jargon-free, in terms you can understand and use to communicate with your sales staff -- on what every radio rep, manager, and owner needs to know.

Norm Pattiz, CEO of PodcastOne, founded radio giant Westwood One and led the company to become America's largest radio network. In 2010, he founded and launched Courtside Entertainment Group, the radio home for such high-profile personalities as Laura Ingraham, Bill O'Reilly, Dr. Drew Pinsky, and Ron Paul. In 2013, he launched PodcastOne, which quickly became a leader in on-demand audio -- the PodcastOne lineup includes Adam Carolla, Kathie Lee Gifford, Dan Patrick, Dennis Miller, Jay Mohr, Laura Ingraham, Loveline, and Yahoo Sports Radio. In 2009, Pattiz was inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame and received the Giants of Broadcasting Award from the Library of American Broadcasting.

Also, this year Convergence introduces a new, more intimate format. You'll have more opportunities to participate in discussions, talk with the speakers and panelists, and get in some all-important networking. Even more reasons Convergence will be more fresh and exciting than ever -- and why you need to be there!
