WEEI-FM makes another change. Midday co-host Mike Mutnansky has been named host of the station?s Boston Red Sox pre- and post-game shows. He replaces John Ryder later this month. Mutnansky joined WEEI in 2005 as a sports anchor and weekend host. He became a regular fill-in host for the station?s prime time shows and in 2011 was teamed with former Boston Red Sox infielder Lou Merloni in the 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. slot.
