That's what we hear the price tag was for heritage Long Island stations WALK AM and FM. The FM plays "Long Island's Best Variety," and the AM is Adult Standards. Radio Ink is also hearing that the $50 million price tag was around 8X cash flow which would be in line with what many brokers anticipate a market the size of Nassau/Suffolk (#20) would sell for, especially a station as successful as WALK. WALK AM/FM have been in the Aloha Trust since 2008. In Nassau-Suffolk metro Connoisseur currently owns WKJY (K 98.3), WBZO (B-103), WWSK (The Shark) and WHLI in the Nassau-Suffolk metro. The station will not be LMA's and upon final FCC approval would be moved over to the Connoisseur building with the other stations.
