Summer Reese is no longer locked in her former office at KPFA in Berkeley. Reese was fired from her $150,000-a-year job back on March 13 by the Pacifica Foundation Radio Board of Directors. She did not agree with that decision and occupied her office until this week when a judge told her to get out. She's agreed to abide by the law. Reese was fired because she did not have a social security number which meant a background check could not be completed. Read more here at The San Jose Mercury News
