Media Venture Partners says the Adams Radio purchase of WNHT (FM), WXKE (FM), WGL (FM), and WGL (AM) in Fort Wayne, from Summit City Radio Group LLC has closed. The deal to purchase the stations was announced back in February. The price for the seven stations to Adams Radio was $6.4 million. WANE.com reports there are several format changes in the works for that market now that the sale is official.
