Survey Looks At Radio Newsrooms

A survey of News and News/Talk stations by public relations firm News Generation Inc. found that newsroom staffs average about 10 people. Thirty-four percent of survey respondents said the size of the staff is determined by "station management's commitment to news," while the same number said the corporate budget determines the number of people in the newsroom.
